SEAK: Enterprise E-Administration Platform for the Polish Church

A multi-module e-administration ecosystem digitizing how parishes, dioceses and curias operate. As Product Owner, Business Analyst and UX Architect, I shaped the product vision, designed the platform architecture and coordinated the development of dozens of interconnected modules powering Church administration at a national scale.

SEAK is one of the most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in the public–religious sector: a fully integrated e-administration platform that centralizes communication, processes, documents and operational data for parishes, dioceses and curia offices.

The system manages everything from internal workflows and correspondence to parish databases, ceremonies, cemetery management, financial records, document archiving and citizen-facing services. With dozens of modules working together, SEAK became the digital backbone of Church operations — replacing fragmented tools with one coherent, secure and scalable ecosystem.

My role covered the full product ownership spectrum.

As Product Owner, I coordinated priorities, shaped the roadmap and aligned multiple stakeholder groups — from administrative staff to high-level Church authorities — ensuring the platform solved real operational problems rather than recreating existing inefficiencies.

As Business Analyst, I mapped complex administrative procedures, designed process flows and translated domain logic into clear requirements and functional specifications for the development team.

As UX Architect, I designed the multi-module information architecture and interface patterns that allowed the system to remain intuitive despite its enormous scope. My focus was on clarity, hierarchy and consistency — enabling users to manage thousands of records, documents and tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

I was the owner of the centralised design system for the entire platform, in order to keep all the views in cohesive, rule-compliant style. Not only I've coordinated the work of the UX team internally around my rules and design system components, but I've also crafted 900+ screens on my own.

The result is a modern, enterprise-grade administration platform that supports both sides of the ecosystem:
– officials, who can manage Church structures remotely, process documents, and oversee operations
– citizens, who can handle formal requests and obtain documents without visiting an office.

SEAK is a strong example of how structured product thinking, deep domain analysis and scalable UX architecture transformed traditional, paper-heavy institution into efficient, transparent, digital-first organization.
