MS Wear: Warehouse & Omnichannel Operations Platform

A multi-location warehouse and sales platform handling millions of items annually. As Product Owner, Business Analyst and UX Architect, I shaped the product vision, mapped critical logistics processes and designed a workflow-driven system that significantly increased operational throughput and simplified everyday work for warehouse teams.

MS Wear is a comprehensive operations platform built for a large outlet retail network handling an enormous volume of goods. The goal was ambitious: unify warehouse, repair, transport and sales processes into a single, fast, scalable ecosystem — and redesign the day-to-day experience of employees who process thousands of items per shift.

My role spanned strategy, analysis and UX architecture.

I began by mapping the real workflow of warehouse staff through observations, interviews and on-site research. This uncovered bottlenecks, unnecessary steps and cognitive overhead hidden in routine tasks. Based on these insights, I designed a system where the core actions were reduced to a single barcode scan, eliminating dozens of micro-interactions that previously slowed teams down.

As Product Owner and BA, I translated operational logic into clear requirements, structured modules for transport, sorting, repairs, warehouse operations and distribution. Aligned them into one coherent product roadmap. As UX Architect, I ensured each screen and flow supported high-efficiency work: clear hierarchy, full data visibility without excessive clicking, and interfaces optimized for handheld devices used in fast-paced environments.

The result was a platform that increased employee productivity and throughput by up to 30%, improved accuracy and created real-time visibility into stock levels across multiple locations. MS Wear integrates seamlessly with scanners, printers and scales, enabling smooth cooperation between departments and providing managers with full operational oversight.

Today, the system serves as the operational backbone of the organization. Scalable, constantly evolving and ready to support new branches and business models as the company grows.
